Beautiful scenery. Watch out for cow pies! The second half of the loop is actually the Interloken trail. If you keep following Burnt Hill, you end up at Burnt Hill Road.

This hidden gem in Finger Lakes National Forest offers great views, forest scenery, and even cows! The Interloken section of the loop is especially nice. The Ravine Loop is a cool side trip if you want to extend your hike. Overall, fantastic trail!

Nice and easy backpacking trip. Parked at Blueberry campground then headed south on Interloken to campsite by Gorge trail. Hiked down Gorge trail to check it out and got our water at a nice creek near the end. Next day headed back up Interloken then connected to Burnt Hill for a different view past Blueberry. Connected back to Interloken and continued on North for next campsite by the pond. Hiked a few more miles north to the pasture with cows, then turned around and camped our last night. Quiet area, lots of wildlife. Saw paw prints, possibly coyote or bobcat? Trails were muddy in spots, and lots of bugs!!

Beautiful, sweeping views of the west side of Seneca Lake. If you’re lucky, you’ll pass through a herd of cows!

Interloken part of trail is awesome. side trails (Burnt Hill and Potomac) need some work and are extra muddy.

Looks like it would have been a nice hike. Unfortunately it was so muddy we turned around after 5 minutes. The horses break up the ground even more making potholes full of water and mud.
