While the initial ascent was a good challenge and the rest was moderate/easy but the loop back was gravel and loose rocks which made the descent slower and off balance. There is really no view and no “mountain top” of Breakneck that I found. None of this would have bothered me if I wasn’t fleeing the highest amount of mosquitos so far this past season. It may just be season but it was difficult to enjoy the trail.

Nice hike and not too difficult, you can make it in two hours. Unfortunately there is still a winter landscape but it was a good walk. Good signs but take a map if you want to decide where to go.
