Did the Yellow trail. I need to find a good map of Bear Swamp. The one I have doesn’t show all the trails and at places confusing. But it was a beautiful trail w lots of yellow color. Nice easy trail. Found the old cemetery which someone is tending dates back to 1850’s. Including a soldier from the Civil War.

Nice hiking today. Saw no one until I got to about 8 miles. Blue 7 is not marked. Super wet. And overgrown in some areas. I started at Curtin and Bear Swamp but didn't start recording until I was about .25 mi down B7 from Bear Swamp. I missed a turn to stay on R1 and this track shows a small out and backtrack when I realized that. Actual mileage is likely about 12. Very easy hike. Took lots of pictures.

This path was easier for beginners. Icier snow today but still a great trail!

Beautiful! Challenging for a beginner but definitely doable. Tons of options out here as there are a lot of little offshoot trails. Download the park map too as the cell service is not good.

Great place to ski or mountain bike. Beginner to intermediate level . Awesome view of Skaneateles lake from yellow 6 trail on east side.

I went snowshoeing on this trail. It was nice time. There was a nice view of Bear Swamp. Trails looked like they were well traveled by cross country skiers. Some areas where you could snowshoe on untouched snow.

Very peaceful with not much foot traffic. Bring bugspray and a compass or GPS. Although trails are clearly marked, lack of use has caused some overgrowth in the swampy areas. Cell service is lackluster at best, don't rely on it. Iowa Rd or Colonial lodge are easiest vehicle jump points.

Biking is really fun here, some pretty strenuous uphills but some very rewarding downhills. Still haven't been on every trail, but also very nice walking trails.
