Very snowy right now. Bring equipment. We didn’t and ended up turning around.
Nice easy trail to walk along. The mist from the reservoir added a nice element of charm
It's a very flat, gravel walking/cycling path, so sneakers a totally fine. I went a day after it rained heavily in the area, but because of the materials it had no impact. Overall it is a very easy walk, not a lot of variety in the terrain around the trail, nice views of the reservoir.
I loved this trail. It is definitely more of a walking path versus a trail for hiking. But the views are excellent as you can see a creek, river and reservoir, plus mountains and trees. This is especially nice in Fall as the trees are really beautiful this time of year. I would do this if you are not up for anything strenuous but want to walk in nature. The path is completely flat the whole way.
