Beginning on Route 309 north of Gloversville, a bike ride to Benson and the first night at Silver Lake on the NPT! This first day begins on Route 309 at the "Blue Line", the boundary of the Adirondack Park. An easy bike ride brings you to the beginning of the Northville Placid Trail where the real work begins.
