I do not recommend this trail if you rely on signs or markers as there aren't any. As you can see from the recording we lost the trail several times. There is no marker to identify where you pick up the whitewash trail. There are extreme ascension and descension, and very little flat paths. We saw flowing water, snow, ice and the descent was rocky and dry.

Embudito was a beautiful trail I would highly recommend it though be prepared to climb over boulders. Whitewash was a terrible trail, if you can even call it a trail. It was incredibly steep and slow going unless you wanted to slide down the mountain. It was very hard to find a trail at several points. I would not recommend this particular loop.
