Not a hike, you can pretty much drive right up but this is THE BEST place to watch the sunset. And it’s so easy to do!

This is a memorial to the history of Santa Fe. The "climb" is a switchback ramp with small plaques commemorating moments in the 350+ year history of the city. Behind the memorial to martyred monks is the site of Fort Marcy.

This hike is a good way to start acclimating to the altitude if you're a flatlander.

I'll take Jerry's advise and go up there again in the evening to see the sunset. The panorama is wonderful and the colors are night should be fantastic.

This is a great place to see the sunset very close to downtown Santa Fe. Panoramic view to the west and south. The park is well maintained, stairs are lit after dark. Many people gather at the hill top for sunset, including many kids. The climb is mild.
