I felt it was well-marked. Very easy hike with beautiful views. Only ran into 2 groups of mountain bikers and 2 solo hikers midday on a Sunday.

Beautiful place to trail run, especially if you get here early or make it out on week day. Can get quite muddy in spring. Slightly lower elevation and more rolling than some other hikes in the area.

Nice Basin, peaceful and some big views. But the very sticky clay-mud that clings to one's boots spoilt the hike.

Really nice trail, in good condition. almost no washouts and very few loose rock zones. great trail if you like to see geology in varied colors / textures / formations.
