Dry Mills Trail is a 6.2 mile out and back trail located near Ruidoso, New Mexico that offers the chance to see wildlife. The trail is rated as moderate and primarily used for hiking, walking, and trail running.
Took the family 7yr and 11yr they did pretty good. Elev pretty steep, in a ravine most of the hike. Very shaded and cool. We turned around before the end probably 2.5miles if I had to guess. Total time was a little over an hour. Not a bad trail but mountains really close on both sides not much view.
