Starting out on the Sierra Vista Trail, we soon veered off and headed for the mountains. Scrambling up the slopes was tricky and hiking sticks might be a good help here. We aimed for the rim where vegetation was thinner and easier to maneuver. Almost 3 hours to the top, return on the same route.
Three stars only because there is no real trail and you bushwhack your way up there.
