a lovely hike. seems longer than it really is. most likely because if you go white to blue its a VERY steep climb. I'd hate to do it the other direction cause you'd practically be sliding down the trails! it was cold so the trails were pretty crispy. I'd hate to do this trail after heavy rains
I love this trail very well marked. some nice elevation. Just a nice all around hike.
What an excellent local trail. I felt it was well blazed in comparison to some other local trails. There were a few times you had to look around to make sure you were in the trail. With the leaves on the ground it was pretty easy to follow the path. The path is narrow and there are a few pretty rocky areas - but is is a hiking trail and not walking path. Nice view at the rock summit. Interested in returning each season to experience the differences.
Nice, winding, rocky, hilly trail. Saw a few people while still close to the parking lot, other than that it was very quiet except for the occasional distant road noise. The last stretch follows a babbling creek. Hilly and rocky enough to be somewhat challenging
Little bit of elevation but nice. More challenging with the leaves on the ground. Saw a few people. Too much litter in the parking lot. Plenty of terrain changes. Will be back in a different season
Super secluded and quiet, definitely a bit of an easy trail for more experienced hikers. We didn't run into anyone else on the trail, and brought by pups with us. Very easily accessible. Definitely recommend for a nice little local hike
Pretty trail. Super rocky. There really isn’t anything differentiating the trail from the forest other than the markers.
Lotta leaves today and I did the hike backwards from what I usually do. I won’t do that again
A bit overgrown and narrow in some places. I would definitely recommend wearing long pants. Overall, a nice 2 mile hike.
The trail is beautiful. You get to walk alongside the creek. Very calming walk in the woods
This was a fun little hike through the woods. It takes you along a pretty little stream with crystal clear water. Although you are close to the road, I didn’t notice any noise pollution while hiking. There are a few other trails I would like to come back to check out.
Nice short and to the point. Good hike with dog. Pretty river, cute bridges. Overgrown, rocky, muddy in spots bring something to put down for dog in car (towels) and secure/ sturdy shoes are recommended
Easy to find. A bit overgrown. No trail maps so we just chose a trail and followed it to an overlook where there was a path down to a creek. Another walker said his dog had just fought a water moccasin so we adios!! There was a Pokémon Go! Gym here.
