Solid hike. Decent view. Short for my liking but still worthwhile.

This was a great hike along the ridge on the AT with views to the NJ side and the PA side. Then nearly 360 degrees at Raccoon Ridge! The forest hiking back on the Kaiser and Coppermines Trails was nice and serene. Trail conditions were good and markings made it easy to not get lost.

Solid view at the top. Not quite as nice as the gap but certainly better traffic-wise.

This is long rocky trail. But after hiking on 2.5 miles rocky overgrown trail, the view makes up for all the hard work. Trail is clearly marked but make sure that you keep an eye for Y cross and follow AT map. We missed the way and went off trail during return hike.

We started at 9:30am and saw very few people! We went up the white trail. Keep going past where the Kaiser trail merged with the white trail to get to raccoon ridge which is gorgeous! The whole thing took us about 3.5 hours.

Great trail! Recommend going up the red dot trail, as it is a steep incline. Top view is worth the hike. Keep an eye out for wildlife- we saw a black bear in the late morning.

Awesome trail with a gorgeous view at the top. A little overgrown in some parts and the rocks were a little slippery, but overall a great hike and very quiet. Watch out for rattlesnakes! We came across one that let us know they were there and we went around, but they love to sun on the rocks!

What a beautiful View. This was such a great hike and great 360 view at the top. We got a bit carsick getting to the trailhead cause of all the windy roads but the hike was worth it. Lots of frogs along the way

This is a favorite of ours! We did this beautiful trail as part of a 3-day hike in 2016. When you have a chance to camp 7 miles up the ridge, do not fail to rise early before sunrise and enjoy the fog that covers the valley...

Nice hike with amazing 360 degree views of the Delaware Water Gap and western NJ from Raccoon Ridge. Rest of hike has nice varied terrain - streams, ridges, rocks, clearings. Elevation changes mostly gradual. Muddy toward the very end.

Easy trail overall. Very rocky but great views at the ridge. Went up AT (white) and came down blue and red. No snow or ice at the moment so no traction needed.

Directions were spot on. The trail starts at a relatively high elevation, so its only a short climb up the AT (white) to the ridge. Great views of the reservoir to the south. Trail was snow covered but easy to navigate. Worth the extra 15 minutes to get to ‘Raccoon Ridge’ for the panoramic views. Saw a few hunters, so wear your orange. 3 hours of easy going rocky walking. Be mindful to take the Kaiser trail (blue) back down and join up with Coppermine (red) via the connector trail. Highly recommended for ease and views.

Beautiful views along the ridge (AT) with the reservoir and the fall foliage. The red trail crosses several streams, but all were dried up. Rocky. Few people compared to the nearby Mount Tammany and no highway. Peaceful.

Great 360 view at racoon ridge. Definitely a great spot for bird watchers. We ran into a few people on the ridge bird watching and collecting data.We went up the AT and down the Blue (Kaiser) and Red (Coppermine) trails.
