These trails are located in the Norvin Green State Forest in Northeast New Jersey. I parked at the Weiss Ecology Center on Snake Den Rd which is next to the park. You can take NJ's Skyline Drive to Rt 511 and West Brook Rd. Take time to visit the Ecology Center - a fantastic place with incredible outdoor educational programs!

The hikes are great in Norvin Green, but the information at AllTrails is really inaccurate and out of date. There is no Weis Ecology Center, it closed down 5 years ago. The facility has reopened with new ownership and a new name, "The New Weis Center for Education, Arts & Recreation". I recommend that people go to the NY-NJ Trail Conference website for accurate and up-to-date information about trail conditions, good descriptions and updates about recent changes to the trails.

Spectacular views once you make the summit at Wyanokie. Trails easy to follow and and well maintained. Mix this in with Wyanokie high point trail and it makes for a better hike.
