Nice easy flat trail. I think it’s private most of the time but was open today. We loved it

One of the loops (the one further from the water) sucks. Super muddy, lots of weak bridges and the last bridge was completely broken and we had to walk all the way around to get back. The rest of the hike was nice though. Poorly marked, you need to follow the map.

The trails are very dog friendly, that is evidenced by all of the poop everywhere ON the trails. 5 dogs today only 1 on a leash. Will not be going back this is clearly a dog park

The the northwest loop of the trail is almost non-existent. The main loop is great though

Park at ridge road where the trailhead is. The place it leads you to is private property. Map super helpful because the trails weren’t marked well

Good trail. Hiked with 9, 7 & 4 yo. If you do the trail clockwise, you’ll dead end at a fence very near the end but if you walk along the fence for about 150 yards around the bend the fence ends and you can get back on the trail to the exit.

I walk here with my dogs frequently. Decided today to follow all trails map instead of my normal route. Very disappointed. The first two loops were fine but the third WAS NOT a trail. There are more properly marked trails in this preserve you’d be better off following with more interesting walks. Markers 4, 6 and the orange blazes trail are better. Given there are more leaves on the ground now but the trail is desperately in need of maintenance .

pretty much what everyone is saying about this place very easy to loose the trail, the app was an amazing help...and there is a fence all around the watershed...and ominous signs that claim you'll get questioned if you stop...then there is a bench right next to said sign so...yeah.

It appears the trail was closed and only available to people with a key to the gates. If not, it was difficult to find the trail.

This is a nice quiet walk through nature along a reservoir. Some trails are not clearly marked so it’s helpful to have trail app handy. The walk is relatively easy with few inclines. There were no parking lots but parking is available in the nearby side streets.

Super easy and a short walk with lots squirrels, chipmunks and a few dear. Lots of birds chirping, but close to train station. I could hear the train a few times. The smell of the all the plants around me was bliss.

The GPS leads you to a parking lot that's private. You need a permit in order to park there. So I ended up parking on Summer St. I came here specific to go walk in nature with my dog and I'd be a little careful if you bring your dog too. There are lots of areas where the grass is overgrown and it seems like an area where tics can reside there. However this is an amazing stop to bird watch. I heard abundant of birds here.

Decent nature walk. Lots of small trails and fun decisions to make on which way to go. Great for kids. There’s a long chain link fence dividing the reserve from the reservoir; along that section it doesn’t feel so magical. Also, parking in the lot is only for permit holders. Had to park on the residential street across the way.
