Buttermilk Falls is a 1.3 mile heavily trafficked loop trail located near Bridgewater Township, New Jersey that features a waterfall and is rated as moderate. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, nature trips, and bird watching and is best used from April until October. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.
The directions here lead you to the Hawk Watch Area Parking Lot.
February 27, 2021Nice scenery, my small dog was able to get through the snow okay. Few parts were very slippery. Made it to the first water fall and turned back was unsure if the trail looped back around to the beginning
