Bunker Ruins via Rocky Point Trail and Battery Loop is a 1.3 mile lightly trafficked loop trail located near Middletown, New Jersey that offers the chance to see wildlife. The trail is good for all skill levels and primarily used for hiking, trail running, and nature trips. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

First to ReviewNice easy trail. Weather was cool when I went which made it much more pleasant. Some partial views of the river and some explanatory panels about the bunkers. Saw a couple deer. Rocky Point trail was wide enough that I didn't need to brush up against vegetation much at all, which helps avoid ticks and poison ivy.
