If you enjoy the sound of water tumbling over rocks and admiring a beautiful stream, youll love the Four Bridges hike at Lewis Morris County Park. Along this meandering densely wooded trail, youll actually cross five bridges over babbling brooks, although the trail is named Four Bridges! No doubt,

Love the ups and downs, and beautiful surroundings. 3/4 of the trail is well-maintained. There was a stretch though that had been recently bulldozed and was very, very muddy. And 1/4 of the trail is still seriously overgrown and difficult to get through. Plenty of poison ivy and prickly plants to contend with on that stretch.

It was ok... 75% was nicely marked and wide trail. The last quarter was severely overgrown! I turned around twice to make sure I was still on an actual trail. I suggest pants, the overgrowth was very prickery on the legs, ouch
