Willard Pond Trail is a 2.6 mile moderately trafficked out and back trail located near Antrim, New Hampshire that features a lake and is good for all skill levels. The trail offers a number of activity options and is best used from April until October.
We ran into some May flies, but a great trail. Only reason this is not a 5 rating is because the trail didn't keep going.
I cannot recommend this place enough. Between the pond, the easy hike up bald mountain, and the wildlife it doesn't get much better!
Beautiful peaceful lake with great views of the mountains. There was a pair of looms nesting there and were fine with us watching from a safe distance. Also loads of dragonflies and various birds, including a heron and a king fisher. Seemed to be a great spot for kids to go swimming too. All in all great spot to hang out and enjoy nature.
