Stunning views on an enjoyable technical trail. Definatwly. ot an afternoo stroll trail but that's how I like it. Decently well blazed but required a little pathfinding at times.

Stunning and changing views! It exceeded our expectations! Recommend counter clockwise. Wouldn’t do this when wet. Several places where you walk up a sheer rock. Very doable with good shoes. Highly recommend

It was a great hike with some scrambling. We did it with a 35 pound dog and only needed to carry her a few times. Great views too!

I’ve done just Welch before but we did the whole Welch and Dickey loop for my 24th birthday for sunrise!! It was foggy at first since it had just rained all night, but it cleared for an amazing view of the foliage when we rounded the top of Dickey. It was SOOO slippery!

Challenging hike. $5 to park! Lots of rocks so hiking boots are a must. Great view. Took us about 1.7 hour to do up and back (including breaks).

One of the easiest hikes for a view this good. We hiked with our 5mo puppy. It took us 45 minutes up and about half an hour down. With a good 20 mins or so spent at the top. The path is easy to follow and very beautiful at the beginning with a small creek running by the trail.

Beautiful weather on this May morning and a really great hike overall. Both of our dogs made it up really well, and the trail was relatively easy-going most of the way up. It only got a little steep near the rocky part that was basically the top. The views were absolutely amazing, almost a 360* view at the top. It took about an hour to get up and maybe 45 to get down going slow over the steep rock part. I would suggest going down Dicky instead. Great for sunrise and sunsets!
