Tower Hill Pond is a 8.1 mile moderately trafficked loop trail located near Newton, New Hampshire that features a lake and is rated as moderate. The trail offers a number of activity options and is best used from March until October. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.
This is a pretty trail around a nice little lake but the bugs were overwhelming to me and ruined the fun. Saw a beautiful egret and lily pads all over. Maybe nicer in the fall than late June. Also, super easy so not sure why it is rated moderate. Motorcycles on the trail, but they were very polite.

Don’t ever of the main dirt path! We “followed” the all trails app and ended up bushwhacking through swamp! Once we found the main “trail” it took us around a body of water. The loop around the lake was great. The rest no so much. Lots of trails to follow. We did 9 miles.
Nice easy trail around the Pond. Would be a great family trail . Lots of off shoot trails. well maintained.
Trail stays wide for most of the hike as it's mostly used for snowmobiles. Still a great hike, with neat sections of woods. I recommend taking 12a off the fire road to see some boulders and extend the hike a bit. The pond itself is surprisingly magnificent, from some views on the shores of the north side.
