Hiked this one in reverse - ascending on Anna-Goat and descending on Blueberry Pasture. I would rate this moderate, and would not recommend it to those with knee problems. Blueberry Pasture trail was rocky, like a riverbed. Anna-Goat was... a goat trail! I did enjoy the tough climb up Anna-Goat, though. The whole hike has nice forested setting with partial views at the top of Straightback Mountain.
