Spent a wonderful 2 hours wandering. Side paths lead back to the main trail, so no need to stress over getting lost. Mostly flat walking on nice packed trails. Can’t wait to come back and try xc skiing. Houses are visible along parts if the trail, so if remote is your thing, this isn’t.

Nice and shady for those hot summer days. Lots of maps and signs throughout to check where you are and which trail you want to try next. I go often with my dog and explore new areas each time so it never gets old. I also go in early morning so it’s rarely crowded and sometimes just me.

The main trails are groomed with plenty of good signage and markers. However some trails, such as the adventure and knob trails have hardly any signage at all. Definitely take a picture of the map at the trailhead

WalkingGreat!

Wonderful trail way that is well maintained and still manages to be a hidden gem and private from the tourists who visit. Love how quiet it is here.

Main trail marked well, small side trails not always on map but you always eventually make it back to main trail. Nicely shaded for running in summer months! All ages

A hidden gem- these are a network of loops used as a Nordic ski area in the winter. The trails are wide and well marked. Maps are available at the parking area. Parking area fits about ten cars but there were only three when I was there. Great mountain biking trails loop within as well. I would call this a mature wall more than a hike, if you stay on the main ski trails you could easily manage a jogging stroller. If you venture to the moderate or harder ski loops the trail gets slightly more narrow and slightly less groomed, but by no means is this challenging. It was a beautiful walk in the woods, mostly shaded, not crowded and I did not see any bugs on this 70 degree breezy day. Would be great for kids or just a nice time to take a walk in the woods.

Meh. Got my run in. Trails were really confusing, but nice and flat, loose packed gravel.

What lovely trails. Very easy to run, as long as you can keep track of the route. The path is gravel and pretty much flat, but doesn't follow an intuitive circle, there are a lot of smaller more narrow paths that stem off the main drag. I'm not sure why it is rated as moderate... it's easy.

Lot of fun for snowshoe running. A variety of terrain and hills/flats. Something for everyone.
