Scenic Waterfall, short easy hike for all ages Lovely small waterfall just 1/2 mile from the Kancamagus highway. A nice spot to stop for an easy refreshing hike. This hike can be make by people of all ages. There are benchs along the trail for people to rest. The trail has a mini loop around and above the falls with wooden rails. It is technically open in the summer / fall because it would be easy to slide into the river when it is icy or snowy. Use extreme caution if you visit it in the early spring or winter.

Very nice short trail with plenty of parking. Beware of multiple loose railings near the waterfall, some are marked off and some are not. The waterfall does not disappoint and is easily enough to access. There are multiple benches along the short route for viewing the stream below the fall.

Very short hike to see the main event (the falls), but extremely busy this time of year (July).

Easy access. Popular, but limited parking. Toilets (without running water) are available at the parking area. Fee area. The trail is improved, with some steps. Short hike to the falls. Well worth the effort.
