just a question - ignore the star rating I gave it - didn't hike it - description says 3.6 Miles, but to get to the start of the hike requires another 3.2 each way from the closest road - correct? is this standard for distance reports?

Nice, quiet, minimally trafficked trail. We didn't see anyone else on the trail when went. We didn't do the entire 3.6mi length, and I don't know if it gets more challenging than the part we did, but I would probably rate the first 1-2mi of this trail as easy, not moderate. About halfway down the trail there is a beautiful wetlands area that was so quiet and peaceful. It was a great Sunday morning hike.
