My new favorite...360 degree view at the top of lakes and mountains for as far as you can see.

HikingBugsGreat!

It was a super easy hike aside from the constant attack of the horseflies. The view is breathtaking from the fire tower at the peak. There are many historical cellar holes from homes that used to reside in what was once an open and grassy hill, and is now a dense forest. At the base, there is a small shack where you can get lemonade, popcorn, NH made bug repellents, elderberry mixtures, and you can even just sit and relax on the many benches that have been displayed by the very friendly homeowners who were tired of seeing people come down from the trail exhausted with nowhere to sit, relax and refresh. Watch out for the cat, Theo, as he may find a home in your vehicle. "Curiosity killed the cat!"

Nice trail, turned out to be more challenging than we expected. And beware - bugs everywhere!

Nice trail. Good for all ages. Well marked. Started on red trail and came down on blue (cabin trail). Too many bugs when we get to the top by the picnic table. Climbed up to the fire tower for a nice breeze, and great view of the lake and mountains.

May flies are a buzzing, crazy bad at about 1.4m. No mud, very nice day for a hike. Fair amount of hikers on trail.

Good workout hike! The incline is perfect, and then you’re rewarded with a good view! There’s a tower on top you can climb for better views and a picnic table to sit at. My friend and I actually realized you can go up Red Hill Trail and come down Cabin Hill Trail which has a lot of old historical spots/signs to look at.

I like Red Hill Trail, but it can get crowded. Great views of both lakes at the top and a fire tower at the top to get even higher.
