I only had time to do the Pisgah Ridge portion of this loop. It's a generally relaxed hike with few hard parts and mainly wide, well maintained trails. There are some nice views to the east from the ridge. I believe that's Monadnock Mountain in the distance. Despite the convenient location, especially relative to Brattleboro, it's also very quiet. The map at the park entrance off Chesterfield Rd is water damaged at this time, but at the first intersection of the Kilburn Loop there is a much better map.
