Great well marked trails in the Meridith Conservation Forest. Interesting views and a great day in the woods when you don't want or the weather won't allow you to get some elevation. Easy for walking dogs or the new hiker. You can get some miles if you want.

I did the yellow Page Pond trail.Gorgeous trail. I'm new to hiking so to me this was much more of a moderate than easy trail. it isn't always a clear path but there are always trail markers right where you want/need them.

Enjoyable walk through shady forest with a few moments of babbling water as well as some pond views. Well marked although we did accidentally stray from the yellow markers at one turn. Bring bug spray

We headed in from quarry road and started on the page pond yellow loop. Brought my in-laws (in good health and active walkers) as trail was described as kid friendly and an “easy walk in the woods” and figured it would be a good fit. Quickly realized it did not seem as easy a walk in woods as described, at least that portion of it. Many stumps and rocks in path to navigate, many inclines. Decided to try to take short cut back to car by hitting blue path and that ended up being worse—walking through mud and field of long grass (where we picked up ticks). It took us over 2 hrs because of the terrain. Unfortunately we did not enjoy our experience because we didn’t feel it was as described and weren’t expecting that level of rocks, stumps, inclines. Just passing along with our description and experience in case it is helpful planning for someone else.

A great day for a great hike! My husband and I and our dog took the yellow Page pond loop with a quick side trip on the blue Beaver Pond trail. The trails were well marked with easy footing and only slight changes in elevation along the way. We chose to start the loop by taking a left so that we could go down what appeared to be the largest change in elevation in the beginning, rather than ending it with a climb at the end!! lol! Enjoyed the scenic water views!... It was a good day! :)

This was a great hike/walk great views nice and shaded watch out for the stumps and rocks trails are well marked and lots of different options for trails and it's great at the beginning they are for UA trail map because as you go deep in the woods you come across different trails and you can pull up the map and see where it goes highly recommended I would do this trail again

Excellent conditions. Very beautiful. Peaceful. Some bugs but they weren’t biting. Heard lots of birds and chipmunks. Overall this is a 5 star trail that I highly recommend.

Great spot to enjoy some easy hiking or snowshoeing. Cool things to look at including ruins of an old dam, two graveyards, a babbling brook, pond, and picnic area. Well maintained. Sturdy bridges cross the brook.

I did Beaver Pond trail to Brook trail and ended with the wetland loop. Was about 3.5 miles. Some very beautiful spots and I saw a wild turkey and various water birds. A very nice peaceful time!

Nice and well marked trails. Did the main 3+ mile loop in early July. Very buggy! So much so that it was hard to enjoy. Would like to come back in fall or winter.
