Easy to Moderate until you reach Precipice West, which is hard! Precipice West has a mad rock scramble up a backwoods (small) waterfall, some cliff edging, and some general forest hiking. If you are afraid of heights, or not prepared for a rock scramble (think bouldering), try another trail up Mt. Anna. Views are lovely from Precipice West. This was a nice combo hike - some rolling terrain, then a hard climb, a moderate descent, back to rolling terrain. As a note, park at the Boy Scout Camp by the Administration Building, and hike into the camp following the yellow blazes and signs to Sunset Waterfront. At the waterfront, you can pick up the trail by continuing to follow the red blazes.
