Beautiful trail and excellent hike. The trail is poorly marked. There was no sign to change from Beaver Trail to Asquam Trail.
This trail is poorly marked which make it difficult to navigate at certain points and its also pretty steep. Nonetheless, its a nice hike. The whole time you are in search of the B-18 US bomber which went down in 1942 which make this pretty adventurous.
Awesome loop.
Somewhat treacherous hike, bugs, steep ravines, steep inclines. Extra cloths snacks water recomended. May-oct snow free. Beautiful memorial of a B-18 crash site.
