This trail climbs 1200 feet to the summit of Middle Mountain. The narrow ridge-like summit includes a beautiful stand of red pine, and amazing views to the Mount Washington Valley, south to Conway Lake, and east into Maine. The trail is blazed in red. This Preserve is managed by The Nature Conservancy in New Hampshire, and is an excellent place for walking, skiing and snowshoeing, hunting, and observing wildlife. Camping, fires or wheeled vehicles are not permitted on the preserve, and all dogs must be on a leash.

Amazing view at the top! The trail can be a little steep, but not incredibly difficult. A gem of a hike right outside North Conway. The trail is easy to follow, and The Nature Conservancy even supplies maps in the registry box at the start of it.
