Not a bad trail. Not much to see really. Much of it was overgrown and narrow, especially for our two Yorkies. Currently there is a tree down across the trail at about 0.5 miles from Mast Rd.

Nice trail. A little overgrown in areas. Very well marked. Flowers, trees and small wildlife around a semi dried up river. Very noisy as you’re close to New England Dragway.

Mountain biking

Did this via bike. Places are a bit overgrown so better for biking than hiking. Very dry now but could get very muddy after rain.

Great for a walk in the woods. Alot of it was single file trail and started to get overgrown which made it not as enjoyable. Dog was covered in ticks and we found a couple on us because of this.

Started out promising with the bridges and wetlands. After that it was rather boring to be honest. One side spot to view the river. Rest was flat with nothing really to see. If you want a simple flat walk it’s fine. If you want more, skip this one.

It was just alright. Nice nature walk not so much a hike.

Well groomed and easily an all ages trails. Well marked and easy to follow. The most wildlife I’ve seen was here compared to all my trail walks I’ve been doing. Muddy in some areas, definitely have water protected shoes.

Good trails. Well marked. little muddy but that's expected in January. Bridges and streams in the beginning were nice.

Trail started out pretty good to start, but the loop was not passable due to poison ivy. I highly recommend long pants because the grasses and sedge were up to my 3.5y/o’s head. Probably would be a great trail in the winter or early spring.

First to Review

Nice trail at the start but becomes gradually less exciting. One nice spot to view the river from. Trails abut private property and are close to the firing range and race track so very noisy.
