Lovely quick winter hike in outskirts of Littleton. The trail is super packed down, very easy to follow and friendly for all ages. We had our micro spikes, lots of other people had snowshoes and poles. Families were sledding back down having a blast. All around good vibes! pet friendly, leash required. easy to find plenty of parking along side the road.

Great short hike with beautiful view over Littleton all the way to the Presidentials. New picnic table at the top. First 1/3 mile steady up to get a wee bit of cardio. Would be great to watch sunrise!

Straight ride up. Nice and easy. The view at the end is worth it. Also, there is a little section in the middle that’s pretty magical.

Awesome little trail with a phenomenal view of Littleton and the white mountains at the top. Relatively steep for most of the way, but the trail is wide open and easy to hike. Perfect for a recovery hike or just a nice afternoon stroll!

HikingGreat!Snow

Easy hike after the initial climb. I like to enjoy the journey and not just the destiny. Summit was great with views of Littleton and the mountain ranges seemingly hanging in the clouds. Didn’t see any wild life though so that was disappointing.

SnowshoeingIcySnow

The trail was very easy to follow, the view was very pretty. It’s is as the other reviewers have mentioned, very steep at first but much more manageable after the first 1/3 of the trip. Great for snow shoes. We did it two days after a fresh snow. It wasn’t packed yet so we were glad to have the snow shoes, but it does get icy so ice cleats is a must at a minimum during the winter I’d think. There’s a few benches to rest on on they way up as well. Would recommend to anyone who wants to birds eye view of Littleton.

Little steep the first half but still easy. Just a beautiful walk through the woods and a lovely view of Littleton at the end. Nice picnic table at top and benches for rest along the way. Easy 1.8 miles.

Absolutely a gem! It is very steep at the beginning, but quickly levels to a reasonable incline. What a view!!! Lovely.

HikingGreat!

Easy steady climb. It’s a strep climb but not climbing boulders. You’re walking the steady incline. Gets your heart rate up a bit but without over exhausting. Quick hike. Great for beginners.

The GPS signal stops before you get to the trailhead. Copy the last few instructions. The mosquitoes started coming out at 5:45 p.m. and they were fierce.
