Enjoyed the hike, serenity and the scenery (such as Stony Brook and the various vegetation). I didn’t have a map at the time, but believe I went as far as Bald Mountain.

I don’t have much experience with elevation hikes, so the hike proved to be a great workout for the quadriceps. Took several breaks on the way up, but none on the way down - a stumble here...a tumble there...and I finally made it back down without any incidents.

I had not hiked mountains in 25 years (am 71!) and found this hike challenging- but did it! Beautiful at bottom along stream. Disappointing views at 'top' of Bald Mtn.

Relatively steep trail, but nothing too crazy. Our dog loved it.

I rate this trail as moderate. Hardest part getting up the slabs but other than that easy trail with beautiful views.
