Rode probably half the trails from the suggested start and had a blast on the two easier loops. Then went up EKG and followed Side Hill to Rattlesnake and back on Swenson. Had quite the encounter with 2 different bears near the old mine site. Got really close to a big one and then a Juvenile a few mins latter.

This trail was poorly mapped out, we went off trail several times, and could not find the connecting trail out to Rattle Snake Mountain trail. We still got in some good mileage doing Pudding Pond Trail to Pillar to Pond Trail, but we kept hitting dead ends after that. Next time, I will stick to the park map. Beautiful preserve area though! You can get in a lot of distance with in the park if you follow the map and markers precisely.
