Great local Trail for walking, running and biking. Hooks up to the Piscataquog trail at the Kelley Street Bridge so you can go all the way into Manchester. The Manchester Marathon uses portions of this Trail. Several places to park to access the trail. A great place to get your exercise outside of a gym while the weather's good.

It is a great trail for biking, and easy hiking since it is nice and flat. Something to keep in mind is that there are not many nice views.

Well maintained rail trail. Some sandy spots but very few. Shaded, good ride.

Pleasant and well-used by locals. Flat and wide.

The rail trial is a nice addition to the town. They have installed pedestrian crossing lights in 2 areas for increased safety. The trail is unpaved. There are views of the Piscataquog River and trees forming a canopy overhead that makes it cool even on hot days. Parking at Parks and Rec, Villa Augustina, Hillsborough County Offices, Moose Club Park Lane and Sarette's field (though you would need to traverse the field from the parking to access the trail). It does pass behind women's prison and some areas have man hole covers that jut out a little too far from the ground. The Goffstown Rail trail connects directly to the Manchester Piscataquog trail (where everything becomes paved). Taking it straight brings you to a bridge crossing over the Merrimack River and takes you to Northeast Delta Dental.
