Contoocook River Trail is a 1.8 mile out and back trail located near Concord, New Hampshire that features a river and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for hiking and nature trips.

July 22, 2020Dam was neat to see as was the lightening tree, but a lot of this trail was alongside condos/apartments with lots of landscaping noise, kids playing/yelling, dogs barking.. so pretty but not peaceful
July 21, 2020May 10, 2020The trail drawers wide and level. I took blue and yellow. Going straight to the damn then right to follow the river. Took the short cut back through the woods (yellow). It’s uneven with rocks and roots along the river but manageable. Overall a nice hike.
May 3, 2020Easy flat walking trails . Some Along river , some in woods . Can’t get lost no matter what trails you take . Red, blue, orange, yellow. Beautiful views of dam and river and quiet woods . Parking for about 10 cars plus on road that is a dead end.
