We did the Mt Mexico Loop on a warm spring day. Big rock cave was cool. Whiting Brook was very high due to all the snow melt so the trail required 4 crossings. Made it pretty fun but you had to get wet. Would not have been so fun if the weather wasn't so nice.

Great hike with kids. Trail was well maintained ands as soon as you get tired of going up you get to go down. My 6 and 7 year old boys loved climbing and going inside the caves.

Great easy hike that's fun for kids. Great on a cloudy day when there wouldn't be any good views on any mountain top.

A supposed two mile hike up and over a small mountain and half way down the other side. Felt like four miles, Was wondering why we couldn't have gone around instead of up and over, It was all well worth it when we arrived. Many caves between huge boulders. A huge play scape to clime and explore. A great place for a picnic. After a bit of play we trudged back up and over the mountain. Not much for views in summer but could see right thru the trees in the fall quite well and could make out a few mountains and lakes. Felt like six miles back.
