Great The trail map is not capturing the newer section Get out early to find parking
Great trail and path! The best views of the lake are a mile in of the lake/mountains. Snow starts about 1.5 miles in, definitely recommend hiking shoes. We ran/walked this path and took just about 2 hours to the top. Started at 7am and not very crowded
Super well maintained. Last mile up was totally snow covered. All hard packed till the very end. Great time!
The first mile was on dry dirt path and then all packed snow until the last half mile where it got a bit deeper. Only used spikes and did fine. Incredible views and a good climb to the top
Moderate climb up with great views! Packed snow turned too deep for boots near the end. Need snowshoes to go further.
This is a nice trail that connects to Marietta Lake. I found that out while hiking a different trail and I got a little lost and got on this trail. Went on it for a while on the downhill portion from the top. Lots of snow and I was second person with foot prints in snow. So if you go towards top- be prepared for thick snow.
