This place is great for mtb, especially since I live near there. There are plenty of small dirt jumps, table tops, downhills, and trails scattered around and along the paved road. All you have to do is look for them in the sides along he paved paths. I’ve been mountain biking for about 2 years now and this place has been my go to for a quick fun ride.

If all you want is a nice 30 to 60 minute walk on a paved trail, this is a nice way to get out and go for a casual walk, you can stroll or brisk walk, whatever you want. Like this website says, it is a 1.7 mile walk, however if you look at the map, you will see a dotted black line which extends to another mirror image of the walk outlined in red. The 1.7 mile walk outlined in red takes about a half hour at a medium brisk walk and if you add the additional trail (black dotted line on map), the two combined takes about an hour. Although this trail is surrounded by homes, it is surprisingly private and quiet and the homes do not detract from the natural beauty along the trail.

This is a great trail. After parking and heading down into the canyon you can go 2 ways. One way is shorter but both are absolutely beautiful with trees and wildlife. The other way is longer and more adventurous! Pups loved this walk. Saw tons of wildlife! Love these Summerlin trails. Great in the summer heat.

Do not do this hike without suffient water even in May! I did this in May with only a bottle of Vitamin Water and nearly passed out. Now if I had had a hydration pack and it was late afternoon or early morning it would've been a different story!

Overall, a very easy walk on pave walkways.

It's an easy, paved walk. But don't do it if the temperature is in the 90's and it's midday! I saw lots of rabbits, mice, chipmunks, and birds.

Great park for walking your dog. Two grassy areas connected by about a mile of nice walking sidewalk. I don't know who put this in here as 2.8, but it's closer to 2 miles.

Was a great level and relaxing walk with a beautiful sunset.

Really nice and easily accessible! Not enough parking spaces as I suspect people from the building next to it are parking there. Not many benches and no restroom access however.
