Great trail, Danny introduced us to it back in 2014. Unbelievable views. Only 1.5mile loop, 291 ft Incline initially but flat at the top. Not stroller friendly although main thoroughfare is paved. No water access.

Great hike for families or a little nature walk. My 4 year old made it easily, other than the scraped knee when walking up.

Great hike to see views of the lake. Windy at the beginning, but warmed up. Paved road to hike. We entered on the road area that was closed off by a closure bar. There was less than 10 people on the trail. Parking was easy. We pulled off to the side of the road. Incline in the beginning for first half of hike.

Easy hike with a decent incline getting up to the top. Wide trail makes it perfect for families. Awesome views all the way up and when you get to the top it somehow gets even better. Not a long hike but a beautiful one.

Hiked on 4/2 and about 50% packed snow vs bare pavement. Easily passible with hiking boots. Passed a dozen other people but mostly at the top and not on the loop.

Very easy hike, even partially snow covered. Without snow, all the uphill and downhill part of this is paved and the rest (loop at the top) is well marked and has info signs and great views! Quick and easy for the the views!

Such a beautiful spot! Wow I can’t believe we have never done this. We did it when covered with snow and it was gorgeous. Our 3 kids which are 8, 6, and 3 did it just fine.

Fantastic views, especially for an easy hike. Boots are probably better to minimize falling in the winter months. 10/10 for ease and rewarding views.

Fun hike with multiple scenic overlooks of Lake Tahoe. This hike was a great introduction to the Tahoe area and featured signage sharing fun facts around the trails. Not being acclimated to the altitude the first half mile was brutal. However, the views are worth it!
