Completed in stock crosstrek. Entrance via Genoa peak road is now open from construction. Plenty of parking

Completed July 20, 2019. No longer closed, though if you try to reach it via Genoa Peak Rd from South Lake Tahoe you'll find the entrance close due to construction. Take the alternate route via Donna Way to Scott Dr, then Kimberly Brooke Ln. You'll follow the dirt road from there to Genoa Peak Rd. My stock 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk handled this one easily. Lots of little rocks here and there, but nothing technically challenging.

Went 6 miles in with a stock sr5 4runner. Enjoyed it and will visit again. Was not too difficult.

Relatively easy. Best to stay safe and go with someone else. Easy to get lost so remember which way you came. This trail isn't really "Logan house trail" it's part of Genoa peak trail and you would start on this end and end in downtown south Lake Tahoe. Beautiful drive be careful saw a bear and whole bunch bear droppings so keep an eye out.

This is not a hiking trail. You can hike it but mainly for off reading vehicles.
