The views were beautiful! The walk to the beach isn’t all that bad. My family and I stayed at the beach for a few hours before we turned back. This trail could be either an early morning walk to get you ready for the day or an all day excursion.

Easy walk/run/bike ride with a gorgeous lake view on Nevada Beach. Evening nature walk will result in stunning Tahoe sunsets.

After hiking the Eagle Falls Trail with my wife this morning I decided I needed a good cardio workout. I chose this trail because it was flat and recommended for running. It’s a very simple trail but great for a short run. I wish I could have taken the time to read the markers along the way as it seems there is a story that goes along with this area.

A nice trail to get away from the hustle/bustle of the casinos and stretch your legs after skiing.

Beautiful scenery. Very open with fields, pine trees, granite, and water. Parts are paved while optional paths are dirt. Lots of dog walkers and some bikers. We came across two stray dogs, one with collar and tags although the other one did not have either.

This trail is super easy-my dog had a nice flat surface to walk on. There are a lot of bikers and joggers since it's mostly cement pavement. Nice scenery and a great way to get to the beach.

So so. Pretty but not really a hiking trail. Basically a path to the lake from the neighborhood.

Very easy well kept trail. Fantastic for a no brainer with no need to pack supplies. Easy if you have children or a stroller, 3' wide trail is well cleared a few puddles go through parts of the trail. Bathrooms available at start and end. Great for a beginning trail runner. All people and dogs were friendly.

the trail is nice and wide asphalt the entire way beautiful Meadows trees and view as with all high traffic areas the nasty human beings don't clean up after their animals and leave it lying around all over the place to destroy the view and Ambiance of the trail just shows what kind of nasty human beings and what kind of Lifestyle those freaking disgusting people live so for all you nasty humans that don't clean up after your dogs go f yourself

Love this easy walk. Parking is a bit limited but we found a spot. At first we were worried because the trail seemed to be in a residential neighborhood, but that did not last long. Most of the walk is paved with views of meadows, wildflowers, and a brook. Some of the trail is shaded but much of it gets full sun. We saw people walking their dogs, people walking with their children and joggers. The trail is dog-friendly and leads you down to Nevada Beach, which is also dog-friendly. At one point, the trail forks. If you take the right fork, this adds a little extra distance to the walk, which was our choice. After playing on the beach with our dog, we ended up back on the fork we didn't originally take, so we didn't have to backtrack as much.

Access off Kahle Rd or Elk Pt Dr. Lots of loops, paved or dirt to wander through the trees, meadows or to the beach. Very pretty any time of year. Wildflowers, dog and kid friendly.
