A very nice surprise. Pleasant gradual climb to great panoramic view at the top. Would make a good lunch spot. Quiet except for occasional air traffic and running river below.
Fun hike nice views of the canyon and the lake in the distance. If you want to make it an outing bring your camping equipment and stay the night at the trailhead Las Vegas bay campground.
Awesome easy, well marked trail. Nice view of area landscape. Not a lot of elevation to climb. Running the entire trail shouldn’t be too difficult.
A good trail with nice views of different rock colors and the wash. A nice retreat from the city. Sounds of flowing water and good views.
Very scenic and relatively easy. I'm 55 and smoked until I was 50. I'm in average shape, I guess, and get my ticker beating pretty good a couple of times a month. There's a couple, mild "calf burner" spots, the second half, of the way in. You'll definitely start moving a bit of air...but nothing to fear...Simple Simon.
Well maintained. Ambiance to spare. Had a nice time. Very clean and dog friendly
