It was a decent trail. nothing particularly special. There are a lot of trails crisscrossing the area. This particular one is in a wash that is a lot like walking in sand. Highly recommend jumping onto dirt trails that are on the mountain sides.

The trail was pretty easy to follow until you got the boulders at the end. once you pass the boulders the trail reappears. I decided to scramble to a peak once the trail ended.

Decent quick hike, recommend using the bike trails that surround the wash that makes up a lot of the trail. As another reviewer stated, the final bit of the trail as indicated on the app is unmarked and is non-technical rock climbing.

I like this trail. Not to hard for my kids to follow.

You can approach this hike two ways. You can take the wash in and have a boring hike or you can hike the bike/ hiking trails for some fun and elevation gain. We did the bike/ hiking trails and it was a bit over 6 miles rt. From the wash you can hike left or right side of wash. We came in on the right side, as there were other hikers on the the left. We ran into an abandoned vehicle . How the heck did it get there! The scrambling was fun but you quickly get to pour overs that are too much. Heading out we followed the bike/ hike trails again and ended up on the mountain loop trail where we began. We did have to cut a few trails and that made the hike back a bit slippery. Overall a fun morning.

Good up until the big left turn on the map. From there it is an unmarked scramble up the ridge line If you hug that ridge you can complete the trail, but there isn't a trail to speak of past that turn. you can see from my recording that I crisscross the line on the map several times. Have fun and enjoy. cheers, Bob

This trail walks through a valley, so there's not much elevation change until you get to the very end. The path is well defined, and is sand/gravel. Easy walk to do with your dog, except for the bouldering at the end which you can skip. There's not much traffic other than the occasional horse or dirt biker. There are a lot of horse trails veering off this main path, so you could easily change it up and climb some of the hills around the valley.
