Meh. Stunning scenery, so-so springs. Unfortunately, one can drive their car to within 25 feet of the springs. This causes all sorts of issues- generally encouraging people to camp out and be loud and trashy, while monopolizing the one small pool. Don't expect to have it to yourself, and certainly don't expect to have a nice peaceful soak. If you are in the area, it's worth a look to check out the assortment of waterfowl that make the warm ponds their home, but that's about it.

Excellent Hot Spring Maintained by Esmeralda County. 104 degrees. Overflows into 2 holding ponds. Great for swimming. Good rock hounding here with great views of Boundery Peak.
