The Turkey Run Trail descends from the Wildcat Hills campground into a ravine shaded by ponderosa pines. Being in the ravine much of the time, it lacks the views of some of the other nearby trails. In places the pines open up into meadows with wildflowers. Trail is well maintained with wooden bridges over drainages. Wide trail great for mountain bikes. Saw no other people on this trail.
