South Sioux City Trail is a 11.1 mile lightly trafficked loop trail located near South Sioux City, Nebraska that features a lake and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, and road biking and is accessible year-round. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

The South Sioux City trail is part of the Al Bengston Trail network in South Sioux City. The trail has several parking/entrance points. It passes through Crystal Cove Park (around the lake). Some of the trail follows roads; some is through parks.

ok paved trail. mostly level. don't believe the maps. distance 1 time around lake is 1.25 miles.

Hiked around the lake . It's all sidewalk not my kind of trail, hiked along the Missouri river, the trail goes though the city south Sioux city . Not much fun .

South Sioux City has done a good thing by putting this trail together in the last few years and offering it to the city. It's a loop that passes through a couple of parks and follows the river for a ways. It is well maintained, well marked, and definitely worth checking out.
