Excellent hike from the visitor's center to the top of Scott's Bluff.

Great easy trail. We hiked the trail up and took the road down. The road was a bit boring and we wish we hiked back down. Saw a snake (not a rattler) on the road. Not a lot of room on the trail to maintain social distance but wasn’t overly busy. The park rangers were really kind and approached us to offer directions and maps with the visitor’s center closed.

Hiked on 5/16/20. Road is closed due to Covid-19 so would definitely recommend taking this trail up and walking the road down if you want to pass through the tunnels. Gradual incline, nothin’ crazy. Beautiful views!

Really nice paved trail for a workout with good views. Road is currently closed going up the back so you can hike the trail up and do the road down for a change of scenery. Nice views and really cool rock formations.

Great hike and a beautiful day. Went up on the trail and back down via the road. Trail in good shape. Just wish the Inconsiderate dog owners would pick up after there dog. A lot of dog poop all along the trail. For those considerate ones, Thank You.

Tracked it up for sunset, made some steak and rice on our camp stove and took the road back in the dark! Great fun hike, saw 10 people.

Amazing Trail & Beautiful Views!

Great trail with some moderate inclines and switchback paths. Currently there are some shaded areas which have kept some ice around but overall it’s dry. Amazing views as always!

great trail with for me plenty great views and challenges. The walk up was not too difficult. Loved it. Part of the trail is becoming deteriorated, but still is plenty safe.

Our family really enjoyed this trail. Made it with a 5,6 and 7 year old. They loved the small tunnel that is approximately half way through the trail. Entire trail is paved. At one portion of the trail it's straight down on one side and no guard rails, so watch your kids closely. outside of that, they'll have fun! No matter what time of year, be prepared for some wind.

Short hike up and around the bluff. Highly recommend the free cell phone audio guide while making the trek. Enjoyed the historical and practical context of the site and how it related to settlers journeying the Oregon Trail

This trail is paved the whole way. So I don’t recommend hiking boots. It’s definitely worth a visit! It’s a quick hike that will take about an hour. It’s a National Park Service Trail that is dog friendly. So if going through Scottsbluff it’s worth a stop!

Nice hike with some good views. The best views are on the way up- not at the very top! We did see a rattlesnake so watch out for those!

Great climb for a short distance. It was raining and foggy and I was literally up in the clouds.

This is my go to hike because there’s not much else in the area. It’s great to get outside with the kids and get exercise.

It's a beautiful scenery that people don't expect in Nebraska. This was a very enjoyable hike for us. It isn't difficult. The view at the top was incredible.

My favorite trail at the Monument. Been hiking it for over 50 years. Their has been a lot of changes during that time. In my youth we ran/jogged up and back. Now I choose to walk one way or the other but not both ways the same day.
