Area is nice, but I can't consider this a hike. A brisk walk at best.

Nice easy flat hike, great for an afternoon stroll, take some of the side trails for a view of the river and lake. We took the trail all the way to the paved road. We also saw deer.

The river is beautiful and you can't go wrong with a hike in this area. Easy enough for my 4 year old to do it all himself.

today was Feb. 19th. it was over 40 degrees, so the trail was very slushy. it is a flat trail. other users were very considerate.

This was a very beautiful walk, especially with the leaves changing. It was fairly easy, the path was well traveled and well maintained.
