Steps up the rock were closed. The other reviews weren’t joking about mosquitoes. Not just a few either. Bring bug spray for sure.

I went last week it was humid but it had some very cool views. There were a lot of mosquitoes and I had bugs spray on.

Family fun. Very easy paved walkway at base and stairs / wooden ramps up the pillar to see Clark’s signature. Also easy walk to river for nice view.

Really fun day activity! $7 to get in with a car but you can also just walk in!

Trail to Yellowstone river was close but we walked around he park, saw W. Clark’s signature and went inside the building to learn history. It was a nice little place to visit with kids. My sons and I had fun that day.
